- Dust your yam into the plain flour then dip it into the batter and then fry. Turn to the other side after 3 to 4 minutes and do the same till itโs golden brown, remove from heat and complete the same method for the remaining batch
- Serve with any sauce of your choice but for me I served mine with our homemade sweet chili jam
- I had some batter left, so I decided to fry the batter and enjoy it with the sweet chilli jam and it was ๐๐
