- First boil Ready to cook banana stem in a cooker for 4 whistles, add little salt also.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, Chana dal and let them splutter. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder & green chilli
- Add boiled banana stem and mash the mixture with a masher.
