  16. Make ready As required Chopped fresh coriander
  17. Get For Outer layer Dough
  18. Make ready 250 gms Maida (all-purpose flour)
  19. Take 2 tbsp corn flour
  20. Prepare 2 tbsp Desi ghee (for Moin)
  21. Get 1/8 tsp baking powder
  22. Get As per taste Salt
  23. Take 1/2 cup water needed to knead the dough
  24. Get For Satta
  25. Take 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
  26. Prepare 2 tbsp corn flour
  27. Prepare For Assembling Puff
  28. Make ready As required Puff dough
  29. Prepare As needed Satta
  30. Prepare As required Stuffing
  31. Get As required Dry Flour for dusting
  32. Get As required Oil for frying

Instructions to make Puff With Aloo Stuffing:
  1. Make Stuffing: Take a pan / kadhai on medium flame. Add oil, cumin seeds, corse fennel- coriander seeds, Chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, asafoetida. Saute it for 2 sec.
  2. Add chopped onions saute it till golden. Now add green peas, salt. Saute it for a min.
  3. Add all masala mix it well and add boiled smashed potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle Chopped coriandor leaves. Stuffing is ready. For Dough: Take kneading plate seive the flour add corn flour.
  5. Along with salt, baking powder, desi ghee. Mix it well
  6. Rub it with two hands. Add little little water and knead stiff Dough. Give rest of 15-20 min.
  7. Make satta or use mkt bought margarine. I made satta take a bowl add corn flour, desi ghee. Whisk it and make pluffy mix.
  8. Now take dough on platform. Knead strach and strach method. Make roll.
  9. Cut to equal parts. Make balls. Roll it like a thick big paratha. Roll all Parathas
  10. Take one paratha apply thin layer of satta sprinkle dry flour and place another Paratha on it. Do same procedure and make all paratha together.
  11. Now roll that Parathas into big paratha.
  12. Apply satta on it, sprinkle dry flour. Start making roll
  13. Roll it tight. Cut it into equal part. Dough balls
  14. Flat the dough ball with hand. Take one and flatten like Paratha. Cut the sides and make square.
  15. Place the stuffing in the middle. Apply water to the edges.
  16. Stick it half and make triangle. Make all triangle puff. Heat up the oil on Medium flame.
  17. Fry one by one. Fried it golden. We can bake it also.
  18. Fry all puff and serve with green chutney and ketchup. Enjoy the Puffs with Your Family
