Mix crumbled paneer, green chillies,ginger,coriander, nuts and salt mix well and stuff the scooped tindas with this mixture. Meanwhile mix malai and curd and beat them together. Make sure the tindas are done and then add beaten curd - malai mixture to the sabzi. On high flame cook the sabji till the gravy thickens to the desired consistency.

- First make stuffing for it grate paneer and add all ingredients of stuffing and keep it a side
- Now wash all tinde and peel all of it and cut according to the picture it may hollow with the help of knife or spoon

- In a pan add oil when properly hot jeera seed,clove, crush cardamom
- Add cinnamon stick, bay leaf
- Stir all now add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, green chilli stir 1 minute

- Stir and cook in pressure cooker for about two whistle
- Now add garam masala and green coriander and serve with paratha or roti
