- Heat a min stick pan on medium flame.Pour chilla batter sufficient to make medium size chilla not too thin,not too thick.Cook on low to medium flame.apply oil surrounding the chilla.
- When cooked on one side,flip over to other side, apply schezwan sauce or tomato sauce over the chilla and spread the stuffing mixture well.
- Pour the batter over the stuffing and spread to cover the stuffing with batter properly to seal edges also.spread oil,cover for 5-6 min and Cook on low flame.Again flip and cook without covering on Medium flame for 2 min to make it crispy.
- Before serving Cut into pieces,garnish with grated Paneer,Capsicum,carrot slices.serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
