- Peel and cut doodhi and remove pulp,soak it in salt water.drain and shallow fry.
- Stuffing paneer, red chilli, salt,peanut paste,and pulp make a paste,and stuff doodhi(use boiled potato or kheema to stuff optional)
- Heat oil add, dalchini,elaichi red chilli powder,salt garam masala,curd or tomato paste,place the stuffed doodhi cover and cook till it softens and leaves oil.
