Grind coarsely with min water and add the seasonings and mix well Add the salt, ¼ tsp of ghee and both the flour into a big bowl or basin and mix well. Make well in the center of the Atta/flour and add half the water. mix well and knead well.

Instructions to make Dal stuff poori:
  1. For filling, take 1 hour previously soaked Dal in cooker and cook till it becomes soft.

  3. Next add cooked dal and red chilli powder, salt and mash the dal while mixing. Lastly add coriander leaves.
  4. Now take wheat /refine flour in a pot then add 1tbsp oil, salt, ajwain seeds and give a mix them and then make a soft dough.
  5. Now from dough take a small portion and with the help of palm spread it to fill the dal in it.
  6. Now roll the stuffed ball with rolling pin into a small thick circle shape.
  7. Now take a pan add oil and heat it then in heated oil add poori and fry at a medium flame till it becomes golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with aloo sabji or pickle.
