Cut makhana ( fox nut) into small pieces. Add makhana and on a medium flame roast makhana till they are crispy and golden in colour. Now sprinkle sendha namak and kali mirch powder, mix well until the masala is evenly coated on the makhana. Roasted Phool Makhana- Makhana or phool makhana is a seed from lotus plant so commonly used during fasting days.

- First of all take a kadai and put on gas stove.
- Add ghee+ jeera+fox nuts+all ingredients which we have taken. And make a tadka.
- Mix it well until it get crisp and now it's ready to serve…
Now sprinkle sendha namak and kali mirch powder, mix well until the masala is evenly coated on the makhana. Roasted Phool Makhana- Makhana or phool makhana is a seed from lotus plant so commonly used during fasting days. This is very easily available in all Indian stores and is very light in weight. Now remove water from steamed rice (ubale hue chaval). Take a kadai put on gas stove and add oil+cumin seed+Fennel seeds+asafoetida make a tadka and then add chopped tomato and green chilli now make a gravy.
