- Add water(preferably hot water) and bring to boil.
- Add in diced potatoes and green peas.
- Reduce the flame to simmer, cover with a lid.
- Let it cook on simmer until soft and fragrant.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and ghee and gently mix in.
- Serve hot and enjoy with yogurt or pickle.
