  1. Heat ghee in a pan/kadhai.Add makhana and fry it in ghee.keep aside.
  2. Now in the same kadhai add curry leaves and fry it. Fry slit green chili also. Fry peanuts too. Add all the spices n mix properly.
  3. Mix well and add makhana.cook for a minute and ready to serve.

Next, mix all dry roasted ingredients together and add salt, chili powder and cumin seed to it.
