- Now take masoor dal mixture in a bowl, add red chilli powder into it and if you want to add more Masala you can add.
- Now take out some portions and make a ball and flatten them.
- Then place 1 tbsp mixture of namkeen in the middle and stuff and the roll the parantha again.
- Make sure the stuffings don't come out and parantha will look like this.
- Take a tawa and grease it with butter and place the parantha and make it crispy and brown.
- But some more butter on the top and enjoy it with hot cup of tea, with some chutney and sauce, Enjoy !
