  1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing, salt, baking soda in a bowl
  2. Add enough water to get thick flowing consistency batter, whisk smooth without lumps,
  3. Pass this besan batter, thru hole ladle by holding on top of the hot oil,spread and tap gently for boondis to fall in to the oil,
  4. Fry the boondis,until crisp and take out, to this add some fried ground nuts, curry leaves, and it's done.
