I got the method from Dawn while browsing on google. In a large pan spread half meat sprinkled with ½ quantity of ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and ½ onion. Again layer with remaining meat add ginger garlic, salt, black pepper and onion. Seal pan with flour dough and cook on slow flame for one hour.

Steps to make Namkeen gosht:
  1. In a pan put all ingredients together and cover with lid
  2. Cook for 2 hours on low flame with 1 cup water.
  3. If you use pressure cooker then pressure for 10 to 15 minutes
  4. When meat is tender fry until oil saprets…..we can not use oil in it as we use fat…
  5. Dish out and garnish with Julien cut ginger, green chillies and coriander
  6. Serve with naan.

Again layer with remaining meat add ginger garlic, salt, black pepper and onion. Seal pan with flour dough and cook on slow flame for one hour.
