Instructions to make Methi stick crispy namkeen:
  1. Take a big mixing bowl and add wheat flour, sooji, kasoori methi, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, & salt according to taste and mix the required amount of water and make a hard dough of the mixture.
  2. Once the dough is ready, cover the bowl & keep aside for 20 minutes to set..
  3. Now take evenly sized lumps and make roti out of the dough. (The roti must be made evenly thick) now cut roti with knife..
  4. Now slowly release the methi sticks into the deep-frying pan on low to medium flame.. & twist it evenly until they become golden brown..
  5. The hot & crispy methi sticks are ready to be served…
