- Prepare 1 tsp Salt
- Take 1.5 tsp Black pepper crushed
- Get 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste paste
- Prepare 4 tbsp Cooking oil
- Take Onion 1 big sliced
- Take 2 tbsp Yougart
- Make ready 1 tsp Cumin powder

- Wash Mutton thoroughly then heat oil in pressure cooker add onion fry it for 2 mins.
- Add Mutton and fry it on medium flame for 5mins.
- When it changed the color add salt.

- Add water in it and stir it.
- Give it pressure for 15 to 20 mins till the meat tender.
- Add black pepper and cumin powder. Mixed it. Then add Yougart.
- Cook it for 10 more mins on low flame. Then switch off the flame. Garnish it with green chillis.
