- First of all take heavy bottom kadai add 1serving spoon oil heat oil then add tarmaric powder and red chilli powder then poha mix it well.
- Then put roasted it till crispy put out poha then in same kadai add some oil put tarmaric powder and red chilli powder as per taste then roast murmura for 5minutes.
- Now keep it both side take another kadia heat oil deep fry Macca.
- Then a big contaner add poha Murmura,Macca,add deep fry peanut deep fry green chillies deep fry coriander leaves.
- Take a kadia heat some oil add mustard seeds to cracker add souf and cummin seeds then add red chilli powder and tarmaric powder mix it and put it in mixture.
- At last put this mixture in bowl mix it well add 2tsp of Namkeen masala.mix it well Namkeen is ready to serve.
