  3. Remove the dry fruits mixture in plate cool down in room temp,then in pan add little ghee and roast makane in slow flame for 10 to 20 minutes (flame of gas should be very slow or else it will burn)
  4. As makane is roast mix with the dry fruit mixture and give a nice toss add salt,black pepper and chat masala (u can skip black pepper) and store in container for 4 to 5 days
