  1. Add 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan,250 gm paper poha roast for 5-7 mins and take out afterward.
  2. Now again in a pan add 2 tablespoon ghee,50 gm peanut and roast till they become little brownish and take them out.
  3. Now to the same pan add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2pinch Heeng,2finely chopped green chilli, some curry leaves and roast till the water of curry leaves is totally observed. Now add 1/2teaspoon turmeric powder,1/2teaspoon salt, now add the roasted poha and peanut and mix for 3-4 mins. Add some raisins and mix for more 5 mins and after that let it cool.

Take poha in a wok and stir constantly until you see slight change in color and crispy.
