  1. Make ready 1 glass seviya
  2. Make ready 2 onion chopped
  3. Prepare 1 tomato chopped
  4. Get 1 green chilli chopped
  5. Make ready 2 potatoes cut into small pieces
  6. Get 1 tsp jeera
  7. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Make ready as per taste salt
  9. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Get As needed oil

Now heat a pan add oil,onion,tomato,peas,green chilli and saute it. Now add salt, red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,chaat masala,maggi masala and saute it. Instructions In a wok/ kadhai add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add ginger and garlic.

Instructions to make Namkeen seviya:
  1. Firstly boil seviya and drain out the water
  2. In a pan heat oil and put jeera after a 1 min add onion, tomato, green chilli saute it
  3. Now add potatoes saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and saute it.
  5. Now add boiled seviyan and cook it for 3 minutes.
  6. Now, seviya is ready to eat.serve it.

Now comes the main ingredient. ऐसे बनाएँ झटपट खिली-खिली सेवंई उपमा Besan sev is quite simple to make, in this the dough is prepared from chickpea flour adding various spices like black pepper,chili powder, crushed cloves, carom seed and asafetida.
